Biography

Leslie A. Jump
Founder, Jump Walker International Group

Leslie provides brand building, company/product launch and positioning, consumer targeting and segmentation expertise to her clients. With 20 years of experience, she has held executive roles at both Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. Leslie began her entrepreneurial work at MCI, where she pioneered their early online efforts including the company’s first website and digital direct response programs. She then moved to USWeb/CKS, a leading global integrated marketing services company, where she conceived, launched and led the marketing analytics business unit. There she helped clients optimize marketing spending and increase revenue by tracking, measuring and shifting marketing mix, both online and offline. She was a member of the founding management team of Inter.net, an international Internet services provider, where she led the development and implementation of marketing programs in more than 15 markets worldwide. Leslie then expanded her interests to the social sector, where she supported the management teams at nonprofit startups including In2Books (www.in2books.org), an online literacy foundation, and Network for Good (www.networkforgood.org), an e-philanthropy site, and a joint venture of AOL, Cisco, and Yahoo!. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from St. John's College in Annapolis, Md., where she also serves as a member of its Board of Visitors and Governors. She is a member of the National Council of the Shakespeare Theatre Company.
